InSpire is a performance that took place in a foundation hole fence surrounding Chicago’s Spire building. 

The Spire was planned to be the tallest building in the world. During the 2008 financial crisis construction haulted. To this day,  a vacant lot remains on the edge of Chicago’s Miracle Mile. It is a rare open space amidst the highrises of downtown and has become a hidden oasis where many plants, birds, and insects begin to take back the landscape.
